We all have moments in our lives that are special for one reason or another. One of those foundational moments took place in high school when I received a five minute lesson on how to load, unload, and use a Canon AE-1 camera before heading to New York City for the school newspaper.
More than 20 years later, my passion for the photographic arts has blossomed. First to the hallowed halls of Indiana University's photojournalism program in Ernie Pyle Hall, to the suburbs of Indianapolis and Chicago in the newspaper business, I quickly learned to adapt to a wide variety of situations in order to get a once-in-a-lifetime image.
Nowadays, whether it is a wedding in less-than-ideal lights or a sporting event, I continue to put my heart, soul, and experience to work every time I grasp the camera. I am pleased to make my passion for photography available to you, no matter the occasion.
